Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. HHF provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU trainings, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.
Salary Plus Bonus: $75,000-$100,000

Responsibilities
Qualifications
✔ BCBA experience at least 1-2 years
✔ Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment
✔ Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs)
✔ Confident verbal and strong written communication skills
✔ Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire
✔ Ability to lift 50 pounds.
✔ Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
