Overview

Our Senior FP&A Analyst will directly contribute to our mission of making autism services personal and improving access to high quality services for families by supporting our financial reporting and analytical processes that help our teams make data-driven decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis, forecasting, and reporting of the company’s financial and operating results.  The Senior Financial Analyst will function as a lead analyst in partnership with management to identify business trends and drivers, and recommend actions to the team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with executive level team members and their teams on all reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting activities
  • Contribute to management team meetings by presenting findings and making recommendations based on analytical work
  • Lead the development, tracking, and reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial metrics and KPIs
  • Enhance reporting capabilities by developing and implementing automated reporting and forecasting tools, such as PowerBI dashboards
  • Assist in the continuing development of our data warehouse and PowerBI dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity and lead data reporting processes along with contributing to data validation efforts
  • Assist in the creation of monthly financial and operating presentations for the field team, management team, and Board of Directors
  • Assist in the preparation and review of budgets and forecasts, and measure actual performance against them
  • Support the CFO with management and Board presentations, including key strategic analytics
  • Assist the CEO and CFO with analysis and due diligence for M&A opportunities
  • Serve as a liaison between finance and other departments, such as operations, revenue cycle management, marketing, and recruiting
  • Work with functional leadership to conduct strategic analysis to support data-driven decision making
  • Prioritize and lead various ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required

Skills and Competencies:

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, investment banking, consulting, or a similar role involving substantial modeling and report building
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, data analytics, or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Power BI or other BI/data visualization tools preferred
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to quickly grasp and apply analytical concepts
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and executing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to link big-picture strategic implications to recommendations
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and presentations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology

  • Compensation Base Salary $80,000 - $100,000
