Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to every patient.   Our Fellowship position is one of the few that offers paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. Our BCBA Fellows provide one-on-one care through ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, practice daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors. Fellows will be eligible to complete unrestricted activities, as defined by the BACB, to help meet requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.   HHF is Great Place to Work Certified™ in 2021, 2022 and 2023.     Responsibilities   - Restricted/Direct Activities: - Build a positive and trusting relationship with clients through social interaction. - Encourage the development of communication, social skills, and problem-solving by guiding clients towards safe and acceptable behaviors. - Gradually reduce prompts to promote independent responses while ensuring success. - Increase the occurrence and duration of desirable behaviors by providing positive reinforcement. - Accurately collect unbiased behavior data. - Communicate proactively with fellow RBTs, BCBAs, families, and Clinical Directors to support the clients’ needs. - Unrestricted Activities: - Observe and collect data. - Train staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic programs. - Conduct behavior-analytic assessments (e.g., functional analyses, stimulus preference assessments). - Research literature relevant to a current client’s programming. - Write and revise behavior-analytic programs. - Maintain BACB Ethical Compliance Code for RBTs and client dignity. - Work with BCBA Mentor on guided practice of the BCBA role throughout Fellowship.   Qualifications          ✔Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Master’s or Certification Program. Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to each and every patient.   HHF is Great Place to Work Certified™ in 2022 and 2023.     Responsibilities     Manage the clinic schedule by coordinating client sessions, assigning appropriate staffing, and adjusting for cancellations.  Adjust schedule to facilitate for staff or client call-outs.   Assist the Clinical Director by managing clinic processes and protocols in the Practice Management System.   Conduct reports and audits as required (ex: conversion audits & signatures).   Greet families with a positive attitude and answer any questions during pick-up and drop-off.   Ensure client/family satisfaction, including escalating complaints to the Clinical Director.  Report and troubleshoot relevant clinic issues including site maintenance, with assistance from the Support Center.   Assist the Clinical Director with coordinating team engagement including: - - Staff meetings - Team building events / celebrations - Community engagement / outreach - Welcome activities for new team members    Act as a fill-in RBT as needed in the clinic.     Qualifications     1+ year(s) of medical administrative experience (ABA experience or a behavioral health field a plus).   Associate Degree (or higher) in Healthcare Administration or Business is preferred but not required.   Strong communication and customer service skills.   Previous medical billing and electronic medical records (EMR) experience is preferred.   Confident phone etiquette, professional email writing, and strong interpersonal skills.     Benefits     Annual bonus plan  Pay rate $20-27/hr.  Medical, dental, vision benefits   401k with match   Short & long term disability   PTO, Paid holidays, and paid family leave   Paid employee referral program   Opportunities for career advancement     Helping Hands Family is dedicated to a supportive, inclusive culture.
