Our BCBA Fellows directly contribute to our mission of making autism services personal by providing direct one-on-one ABA behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors. This position offers paid supervision hours. This team member will be eligible to do unrestricted activities, as defined by the BACB, to help meet requirements to sit for the be BCBA exam/certification.
Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one care through ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, practice daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors. These services are provided in our clinics, family homes, and the community. An RBT works alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), who will create the care plan and monitor the progress.

TITLE: Family Coordinator
LOCATION: King of Prussia, PA
RELATIONSHIP: This position reports to the Assistant Director of Client Services. This position does not supervise staff.
Hours:Full Time
Our Family Coordinator directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by helping our families access resources in the community, and creating individualized written orders through collaboration with the client’s full care team. This team member will also build relationships with the clients and their local community to bring positive awareness to our business and the ASD community.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist families in locating and utilizing resources within their community
- Guide families through accessing alternate and/or additional services for their child
- Provide ongoing support and case management to current clients who are planned to discharge from services
- Connect with new families seeking ABA therapy services and assist them through the admissions process
- In collaboration with the family and other members of the treatment team, designs and provides the recommendation for a child’s Written Order by:
- Reviewing client records (Diagnostic evaluations, medical records, Individualized Education Plans, and/or any other supporting documentation)
- Conduct an interview with the client’s family to discuss the client’s current diagnoses, note symptoms, behaviors and severity, and discuss strengths and areas of improvement in their communication, social, and adaptive living skills
- Observe the client in their natural environment, noting details on client’s behaviors, communication, social, and adaptive living skills
- Determine general goals for treatment in the areas of reducing challenging behaviors, and improving communication, social, and adaptive living skills
- Determine medical necessity recommendations for appropriate treatments, including type of treatment, approximate amount of treatment, and location of treatment
- Provide proper and timely documentation, including but not limited to:
- Provide written documentation summarizing family interview and observation information, treatment goals and medically necessary treatment recommendations for the client’s written order
- Complete re-evaluations annually or as requested by Care Coordination Team
- All other duties assigned
Skills and Competencies:
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of our clients.
- LCSW of MSW Required
- 3+ years in the field of Mental Health Counseling (preferably within the pediatric population).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered if they possess exceptional student experiences with relevant populations and outstanding performance ratings.
- Adherence to our standard code of ethics and place the highest value on evidence-based interventions.
- Evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills with care teams, family members and caregivers of the client.

Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. HHF provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU trainings, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.
Salary Plus Bonus: $75,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient
Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs
Develop and monitor data collection
Provide parent training
Maintain a positive working relationship with patients families and respond to questions in a timely manner
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis
Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings
Uphold regular treatment integrity checks
Adhere to the relevant CPT codes
Qualifications
BCBA Certification issued by the BACB
Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment
Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs)
Confident verbal and strong written communication skills
Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire

Our (Registered) Behavior Technician directly contributes to our mission of making autism services personal by providing direct one-on-one ABA behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors. This team member will also build relationships with the clients and their local community to bring positive awareness to our business and the ASD community.

Our BCBAs directly contribute to our mission by overseeing the quality and implementation of clinical programming to their patients. HHF provides a network of support through on-site BCBA clinical directors, CEU trainings, internal conferences, and opportunities to contribute to research in the ABA field.
Salary Plus Bonus: $75,000-$100,000
Responsibilities
Develop and supervise a meaningful care plan with personalized goals and programming to address the needs of each patient
Conduct detailed assessments and reassessments
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to RBTs
Develop and monitor data collection
Provide parent training
Maintain a positive working relationship with patients families and respond to questions in a timely manner
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments
Communicate with the Clinical Director on a regular basis
Provide a weekly update email or facilitate team meetings
Uphold regular treatment integrity checks
Adhere to the relevant CPT codes
Qualifications
BCBA Certification issued by the BACB
Meet licensing requirements for your state of employment
Experience in the field of ABA (experience as an RBT will count for newly certified BCBAs)
Confident verbal and strong written communication skills
Must pass internal competency within 90 days of hire
